Thank you for placing your order with Surf Buggy Centers!

Deliveries:
Please be advised, full payment is due at the time of placing your reservation. No exceptions. The initial day of your rental is considered to be a delivery day. As rental volumes and external factors effect our delivery schedule, no delivery times are guaranteed. Please adjust your plans accordingly. Rental items will be delivered on the delivery date requested anywhere from 9am to the end of the day.

Lost or Stolen Items:
Please keep all rental items locked when items are not in use to avoid theft. If any items are lost or stolen while in your possession, you will be charged the full retail amount of the item. This includes accessories; bike locks, helmets, and baskets. You are obligated to contact us immediately in the event of any lost or stolen items. We strongly advise you contact the local police department to file a report.

Refunds:
It is our goal that you enjoy your rental. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental, please contact us as soon as possible, so we may work together to make you happy. Surf Buggy Centers does not offer refunds. We will gladly offer replacement or exchange in the event of a cancellation, or an in-house credit that will not expire. No credits due to inclement weather.

Pick Up’s / Returns:
Please have rental items placed in the same location that they were delivered, locked and ready for pick up. Items must be available for pick up no later than 9AM on the last day of your reservation.
