Please be advised, full payment must be made the same day you place your reservation. No items will be reserved or guaranteed without payment up front.

Lost or Stolen Items:

You are supplied with bicycles locks to be used for the duration of your reservation. We will send you a second email conformation with the lock code. Please keep all rental items locked up when you are not using the items to avoid theft. If any items are lost or stolen while in your possession, you will be charged the full retail amount of any given item. This includes accessories such as helmets, baskets, and bicycle locks. You are obligated to contact us immediately in the case of any rental item loss and urged to contact the local police department to report the item stolen.

Participants are responsible for the rental equipment, from the time the equipment is rented until the time it is returned, including damage and theft of rental equipment.


Surf Buggy Centers does not offer refunds. We will gladly offer replacements or exchanges in the event of a cancellation, or in house credit only with no expiration date. Sorry, no credit due to inclement weather.


The initial day of your rental is considered to be a delivery day. As rental volume and external factors affect our delivery schedule, no delivery times are guaranteed. Our long term rental pricing reflects this factor. Your order will be delivered, but we may be limited on the first day of your rental. Please adjust your plans accordingly.

Pick Up’s:

All items rented by the customer must leave all rental items and accessories in the same location they were delivered, locked up in the area where they had been dropped off. You must leave the items out for pick up no later than 9AM on the last day of your reservation.
