We strive to ensure the best service we can.

Please note the following policies to help us make your vacation a great experience.

Although we try our best to get your rental items to you as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days for delivery due to high volume and weekly check-ins. Please be patient as our drivers are often delayed by heavy traffic on weekends in particular.

Orders under $100 and orders placed for same day delivery are subject to a $20 delivery fee.

Please leave all items out and locked in the same location that they were when we dropped them off by 9am on the pick-up day.

Lost or stolen items:
You are responsible for any items delivered to you for the entire duration of the rental agreement. In the event of a loss, you will be charged full retail replacement cost of any and all items in your possession.
Locks will be provided for most items (excluding linens). Please make sure all members using our products lock them at all times when not in use, including when placed in garages.
Surf Buggy Centers reserves the right to repossess any items found unlocked and unattended at any time during the rental with no refund.

 

Refunds & exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental equipment, please notify our staff as soon as possible so that we can make changes or adjustments. We will gladly exchange items; however we do not offer refunds. We offer in house credit only. We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather.

Liability:
Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Surf Buggy Centers, Inc. harmless from and against any claims or causes of action for death or injury to persons, or loss or damage to property that exceed the limits of Liability Insurance, whether provided by Surf Buggy Centers, Inc. or customer, and arise out of or are caused by the ownership, maintenance, use, or operation of  any rental item leased or furnished under this agreement. Customer further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Surf Buggy Centers harmless from any claims or causes of action that exceed policy limits that Surf Buggy Centers, Inc. is statutorily required to pay and would not be required to pay under the terms of this agreement. Customer further agrees to release and hold Surf Buggy Centers, Inc.  harmless for death or injury to Customer, Customer’s employees, drivers, passengers, permissive users, or agents, arising out of the owners permissive users, use, or operation of any rental item leased or furnished under this agreement.
